Annual cooling inspection for home HVAC system.

Upon arrival found capacitor dead and and leak in refrigerant lines I was able to repair leak and replace capacitor no further issues at this time

Upon arrival found filter dirty and capacitor dead replaced capacitor and got customer cooling today

Upon arrival found system to be 2010 the capacitor was dead replaced capacitor and found that system was also low on refrigerant added refrigerant and gave customer multiple long term solutions

Here in caddo mills we Performed a cooling maintenance on ac system poured water down drains and cleaned condenser no immediate issues at this time

Upon arrival found system low on refrigerant four leak and gave long term solutions

Upon arrival found the heat not working on this Amana equipment it was only running the AC when calling for heat this is a heat pump system. Found the issue to be with the low-voltage wires touching. Replaced the wire for the customer. No further issues at this time. The ac repair has been completed in Caddo Mills, TX.
